YES WE DO – UPON ARRIVAL, WE PROVIDE TOILETRIES INCLUDING SOAP AND SHAMPOO. WE ALSO PROVIDE CLEAN TOWELS AND BED LINENS WHICH ARE CHANGED WEEKLY.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS I MUST BOOK?

WE HAVE A MINIMUM STAY OF 14 NIGHTS.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

WE CHARGE A 10% DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. IF YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELLED WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL, THEN THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO CHECK THE TERMS OF YOUR BOOKING IF BOOKED THROUGH AN ALTERNATIVE PLATFORM.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IF I FORGET TO CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION?

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR BOOKING PRIOR TO 14 NIGHTS BEFORE THE DATE OF YOUR STAY, THEN YES YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

IF YOU LEAVE SOMETHING, WE WILL HOLD IT FOR TWO WEEKS. IF NO CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE AFTER TWO WEEKS, IT WILL BE DISPOSED OF.

ALL COMMUNAL AREAS ARE CLEANED DAILY. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE IS EVERY WEEK, WHERE WE PROVIDE FRESH LINEN AND TOWELS.

ARE EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE?

SUBJECT TO THE CATEGORY OF THE ROOM, WE DO HAVE EXTRA BEDS AND THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL COST.
